Every year we traditionally congratulate the children of the employees of the Company on beginning of school year and organize the holiday for them. On Saturday 21th of August our children were invited to the “Travel in the world of history”. Festive program has began by the excursion in the Factory during which the job foremen of divisions have held master-classes of main production processes. The most courageous have tried all-alone to roll aluminium and to form plastics”.

In the International Educational Center IBB the festive informative program was prepared, in which children found lots of amazing things, like for example interesting meetings with unique adult masters.

Children made the acquaintance of the archaeologist from Pskov - Olga Volochkova. She showed ancient finds, which belonged to our ancestors many years ago .Every child was able to touch the history when he (or she) got as a present a piece of broken clay
receptacle form the XIIth century. During the holiday children happily took part in historical quizzes, were trying to play the penny whistle and to make a bracelet according to the age-old technology.

The expert of local history from Pskov - Tamara Veresova- told about the specifics of the Pskov architecture and the jeweler - Aleksandr Deymov gave each child an adornment which looks like an old one. Our ancestors wore the same adornments in the XVth-XVIIth centuries.

Together with the representative from the Folk Museum - Larisa Romanova- our children solved some old slavic bloomers and saw the first handwritten books. Also the artist and teacher Vitaliy Chernobrisov showed children`s pictures to our little travelers and told about their meanings.

At the end of the holiday our children got some presents and also something very tasty to eat and to drink. The children returned from the trip with new impressions, knowledge and inspiration, which, we hope, will help them in the new school year!
