From 3 to 5th of June in Training class of our company an interfunctional training of specialists and managers of VDS “Logistics of warehousing, purchasing and storage” has taken place.

Olga Griaznova (consulting company LogistIcs, Moscow) who was a leader of practical seminar has preliminary got acquainted with processes of supply, warehousing and storage of raw materials, complecting units and delivery of final products and also production of our company. After analysis of the situation the coach has tried to adapt the training to the aims of optimization of logistic processes VDS.

At the present moment in our company important projects of optimization of process of passing of orders have began, and also the processes of warehousing and delivery of final products. Improvement and search for reserves are natural status of any organization in progress.
