VDS Company presents next project “Sporting and residential complex  “GYRAT” in Ashkhabad, Turkmenistan. It is second project developed by A.Shishko Creative Director of the Company in the frame of State order for range of modern sporting constructions for Turkmenistan.



Turkmenistan was and remains not only the International center of Akhal-Tekin horse breeding but the home country of horse raising. Stallion “Gyrat”, national Turkmenian symbol is designed in the center of the National emblem of the Turkmenistan.



The complex is designed for suburb of Ashkhabad like “oasis” among huge Ashkhabad prairies and consists of three residential buildings with elite flats, disposed radially for the central building of sporting complex. But in the central building are naturally situated not only sporting halls, but all the rest of necessary infrastructure.



The residential buildings are embodied in most modern technologies of home building; outer walls are performed by glass enclosing constructions. The advantages of glass outer walls are by right appreciated by the owners of these flats all over the globe and we will not tell about it again.
