VDS Company presents a novelty – mobile modular motel «Mobitel». Design was developed by A.Shishko, Creative Director of VDS Company.

The project was developed especially for fuel stations, located on the routes where is demanded a such a service as the possibility to have a rest and to shake down for the night in comfort conditions. The unicity of design and engineering solutions allows to set up these motels at the earliest possible time on the fuel stations of any dimensions without construction of additional engineering networks.

The idea was realized in life by our Polish office and first that single-floor motel has appeared on the “LUKOIL” fuel station in Poland.

It is equipped by a bedroom, little checkroom, toilet with shower cabin and all necessary communications. The design of the module foresees an efficient winterization. It is possible to live in such motel in any time of the year.

But this project was found rather expensive for fuel station and it was no series-produced delivery.

Nevertheless the demand for the motel on other markets has proved the actuality and originality of this idea.

It’s possible to use these mobile modular motels for any purpose and, accordingly to change the fitting of interior. The series of these modules was ordered for Gdansk , where they will be used us temporary offices for sale of flats in recently built housing estate of the town.

Buildings and hotels owners in areas of outstanding natural beauty were also interested by the project. Unique construction is ideally suited for reception and for accommodation of visitors in places where is no possibility to built capital constructions.
