The managers of middle management, the chiefs of departments and also management personnel reserve were trained according to programme “Operational management of the personnel of the сompany: type of work of manager. Motivation of the personnel” by Maria Urban, master coach of the Business-School IPM.

It was the first seminar of long-term training programme of the managers with regard to “Operational management of the personnel of the company”.
The purpose of the training – amelioration of the efficiency of the management of the company because of development of management skills and of acquisition of necessary knowledge with regard to efficient planning and organization of work of manager, the control, the valuation and foremost the motivation of the personnel to solve production problems for to have good result in the common work.

The participants have got acquainted with the structure of main management functions, in small groups they have solved the tasks from the management practice and have proposed solutions for optimization and improvement of the motivation of the employees of all levels and departments of the Company.

This seminar is the initial stage of large-scale work for development of different management skills and of consolidation of leader qualities of the Company managers.
