At the beginning of 2009 VDS Company took the responsibility for providing servicing maintenance of the chain of filling stations «LUKOIL» in Poland. The chain consists of 112 filling stations.
Now we render the services concerning not only maintenance of own RVI-products but also maintenance and repairing of Fuel Dispenser (FD), retail and parts-washing equipment and landscape gardening and improvements. In accordance with the Client’s desire any other equipment including tot-lot areas can be installed. The absence of quality repairing services of filling station equipment in the Polish market forced us to offer the Client the service package for the object. As a result the number of claims from the Client decreased 5 times during the year.
This high result has also inspired us to offer the service package for 300 more filling stations in Poland. We are also planning to implement the full range of services in all other subdivisions of VDS Company in the nearest time. Though the advantages of the service package rendered by one hands only are evident VDS Company wishes their Clients to use our services as seldom as possible.
